Tech Synergy Solutions was founded on the idea of service. On the consulting and implmentaiton side, we do not currently sell hardware, or have lines of hardware that we push. We can sell you hardware if you would like, but we much prefer making recomendations on hardware and software based on your requirements, and then allowing you to purchase the hardware directly from recommended vendors such as Dell, HP, Gateway, CDW, or TigerDirect. In most cases we can even work with the vendors to get a quote worked out before hand to make the process as simple as possible, we also use this position to get the best deals and service from these vendors in the process.

On the administration and troubleshooting side, we provide service while trying to keep your budget in mind, to this end the most expensive part of computer administration is sending a technician out to your location. While we send a technican out if necessary, we prefer to work out a solution where our technicians have remote access to your computers to take care of problems without having to vist your location. This does two things, it keep your costs lower and the technicans can take care of many problems in much less time, but it also decreases the response time for most service calls.

When the need arises for custom development we look at the development from the postion of reuse. We would much rather take something that comes close and figure how to modify it or enhance it to fit the customers needs rather then building a solution from the ground up. In some instance customers have come to us with preconcieved notions about needing custom development only to find a much less expensive solution is avialable after talking with us.
